Fargo police have released changes of address for two registered sex offenders.
- Jeffrey Paul Theisen, a high-risk offender, has moved to 110½ 9th St. S. He was recently released from the Burleigh County (N.D.) Jail, police said in an e-mail.
Theisen was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Cass County District Court in 1997. The female victim was known to him and was under age 15.
- Niko Raymond Martinez, a moderate-risk offender, has moved to 2220 6th Ave. S. He previously lived at 1641 31st Ave. S.
Martinez was convicted in juvenile court of criminal sexual abuse in Lake County, Ill., Fargo police reported. The female victim was known to him and was under age 15.
