FARGO -- Not your average towing call for Fargo Police on Tuesday.

This time, "their car" got a lift.

A rear wheel on the passenger side of a police SUV came off.

Officer Matt Moon was not injured, and no other cars were involved.

Moon is a "truck regulatory officer" who keeps an eye on truck traffic and weight restrictions in the city.

It's unclear what caused the wheel to come off, but no foul play is suspected.

"Things just wore out, the officer heard a noise prior to the wheel coming off and luckily nobody was hurt, no sabotage or foul play, a part broke and we are getting it fixed," said Fargo Police Sgt. Jim Kringlie.

The city garage will repair it; because of the mileage on the vehicle, there is no warranty.
