FARGO - Police here are warning area businesses to be on the lookout for a 39-year-old woman they say is passing fraudulent checks.
Kelly Tigerstrom, also known as Shanna Hernon, allegedly has issued more than $800 in bad checks in Fargo that purported to be written on an account for a fictitious business called Hernon Contractors.
Police urged anyone who suspects Tigerstrom of passing bad checks to call them at (701) 241-1437 or, on nights or weekends, at (701) 451-7660.
