Fargo came in seventh on the list of worst winter weather of 2009-2010, according to data complied by the Weather Channel.
Miami Beach, Fla, took the top slot as that city and the surrounding area had their second-coldest winter since 1927. Baltimore and the nation's capital tied for second, which means Fargo actually ranked eighth.
Rounding out the list are Philadelphia, Pa.; Dallas, Texas; Oklahoma City, Okla.; Atlantic City, N.J.; Fargo, N.D.; Atlanta, Ga.; Des Moines, Iowa; and Portland, Maine.
The cities with the best 2009-2010 winter weather were: Seattle, Wash; Taos, N.M.; Portland, Ore.; Honolulu, Hawaii; Spokane, Wash.; Alpena, Mich.; Denver, Colo.; Fairbanks, Alaska; Los Angeles, Calif.; and Boston, Mass.
