Fargo roads will be busy this weekend with an increased number of salvage and concrete trucks moving in and out of the Interstate 29 construction site.

The main route for truck traffic will be from 45th Street North to 13th Avenue to the I-29 construction areas.

Trucks will be hauling salvage and dirt along I-29 from 13th Avenue to Ninth Avenue South; hauling salvage and dirt at 13th Avenue from 38th Street Southwest to 34th Street Southwest; and hauling concrete at 38th Street Southwest for paving.

Despite recent cold, wet weather, I-29 work remains on schedule, the North Dakota Department of Transportation said.

In other construction news, 32nd Street is closed until noon today on the south side of 13th Avenue South to expedite paving along 13th Avenue South.
