Fargo police are informing the public of a Level 2 sex offender's change of address.
Charles Marvin Annis has moved to 309 7th Ave. N. No. 9. He previously lived at 123 15th St. N.
Annis was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1999 in Cass County. His victims were under age 15, according to a news release.
