A sex offender who was living in Fargo has moved to Colfax, N.D., police said in a news release.
Peter Al Denault was living at 1423 6th Ave. S. before moving to Colfax, a town about 30 miles south of Fargo.
Denault is a Level II sex offender, deemed a moderate risk to reoffend. He was convicted in 2006 in Oregon of attempted sexual abuse. His victims were girls he knew who were under the age of 15.
