Fargo leaders will conduct a flood preparation meeting at 8 a.m. today in the city commission room at City Hall.
Mayor Dennis Walaker, commissioners, city staff and other local leaders will discuss plans for a potential spring flood.
Information on how property owners can prepare for potential flooding, including preparing locations where sandbag dikes or temporary flood walls may be placed, will also be shared.
A news conference will follow. Both events will be broadcast live on Fargo's cable TV Channel 12.
WDAY radio AM 970 will broadcast the meeting live.
