FARGO - The Department of Human Services Vocational Rehabilitation Division's regional office that serves southeastern North Dakota has moved to the Capital Square office complex at 1655 43rd St. S., Suite 208.
The regional office provides vocational counseling, training and other employment-related services to people with disabilities, and helps employers hire and retain qualified employees.
The new location has space that can be dedicated to group training, is close to retail businesses that could offer employment opportunities for some clients, and is located conveniently for people who use public transit.
An open house for the new location is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 26 and will include tours, refreshments and light snacks. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. North Dakota residents can contact the office at (701) 298-4459 or (888) 342-4900.
