FARGO – A Fargo woman accused of killing her boyfriend with her car is set to plead guilty.

Defense attorney Steve Mottinger said Monday at a hearing in Cass County District Court that Olivia Anderson, 21, will plead at a later date to reduced charges in the March death of her boyfriend, Dvraughn Rutues.

Anderson was charged with manslaughter and making false reports to police.

Court documents say the couple were fighting when Rutues jumped on the hood of Anderson’s car.

Police say Anderson hit the brake and Rutues fell off and hit his head, dying three days later at the hospital.
