Fargo’s annual electronics recycling event May 4

FARGO — Area residents are encouraged to take part in the annual Electronics Recycling Event from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 4, at the Solid Waste Facility, 2301 8th Ave. N. Residents may recycle televisions, computers and other electronics free of charge.

Each resident may recycle a total of two items at the event. A computer set counts as one item and includes a monitor, tower, keyboard and printer.

The event is available to residents of Fargo, West Fargo and rural Cass County. Proof of residency will be requested.

If residents are unable to attend the recycling event, the Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 606 43 1/2 St. N., accepts one computer set, as well as one television, per resident each month. For more information, visit www.FargoRecycles.com .
