FERGUS FALLS, Minn - A 31-year-old man has been charged with domestic assault here after allegedly hitting a 14-year-old boy, according to a WDAY news report.
Police said Adam Doehring became upset while talking with the boy around 1 a.m. Monday and hit him, causing cuts to the boy's mouth.
