A Moorhead man was arrested Tuesday after an early morning fight underneath the Main Avenue bridge.
Fargo police arrested Billy Wade DeCoteau, 425 11 St. N., for aggravated assault and strong-arm tactic robbery.
As of Tuesday afternoon, no criminal charges had been filed against him in Cass County District Court.
DeCoteau is accused of assaulting a 32-year-old Milnor, N.D., man with his hands, feet and a rock after an agreement turned into a fight, Lt. Pat Claus said.
The victim told police DeCoteau demanded money and tried to take his wallet and some property, Claus said.
