FARGO - FirstLink has secured funding to continue its 211 phone referral service, according to Cindy Miller, FirstLink executive director.
Callers who dial those three numbers in North Dakota and Clay County will be connected to the FirstLink Hotline, putting them in touch with information about health and human services.
The hotline also provides confidential listening and support in addition to information and referral.
People may dial those three digits or (701) 235-7335 to talk to a call specialist 24 hours a day from anywhere in North Dakota or Clay County, including communities in the Minot area affected by flooding, Miller said.
People may also call FirstLink's suicide intervention line at (800) 273-8255.
