Overall, 61 of the 66 establishments tested passed the checks, including both of the two businesses checked in Cass County, according to a news release.

Authorities checked 42 establishments in Fargo, with O'Kelly's and Green Mill failing. O'Kelly's also failed a check in March, according to statistics provided by the Safe Communities Coalition, which helps conduct the checks.
