FARGO - Fargo city officials will hold a media conference at 9 this morning at City Hall.
Previously, the city planned to hold off on its next flood briefing until Friday, but alerted the media to the change of plans shortly after 8 this morning.
"The purpose of the media conference is to share updated information on the sandbag placement effort and other flood related activities," a news release from the city states.
