FLOOD NEWS: Some bridges re-opening in south Fargo today, another planned for tomorrow

FARGO - The 36th Street South bridge over Drain 27, between 38th and 40th avenues, and the 40th Avenue bridge near Timberline Addition was scheduled to reopen at 4:30 this afternoon.

The Fargo bridges were closed during the flood fight.

Contractors have been on scene removing the clay levee that was placed before the crest of the Red River.

Crews will continue removing clay from 25th Street South at Rose Coulee and the road should be free of clay tomorrow, according to the city of Fargo.
