Flood preparedness meetings planned

FARGO - Local, state and federal representatives will host a flood preparedness town hall meeting from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 22 in the Fargo City Commission Room at City Hall, 200 3rd St. N.

FARGO - Local, state and federal representatives will host a flood preparedness town hall meeting from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 22 in the Fargo City Commission Room at City Hall, 200 3rd St. N.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the spring weather outlook, flood risk and flood insurance, and steps residents and businesses can take to reduce their risk from all hazards in advance of the spring storm season.

The meeting is open to the public. Fargo and Cass County residents are encouraged to attend.
