The following areas/roadways are closed due to flooding:
- ND Highway 14, two miles north of Upham will close at 7 p.m. tonight due to water over the roadway. Local traffic only will be allowed between the junctions of US Highway 2 and ND Highway 5.
- ND Highway 11, at the ND/MN border east of Fairmount is closed at the Bois de Sioux river due to water over the roadway.
- Interstate 29, both northbound and southbound roadways from the Manvel/US Highway 81 Interchange (Exit 152) to the Grafton Interchange (Exit 176) is closed due to water over the roadway.
- Northbound I-29 traffic will be detoured north on US Highway 81 at the Manvel/US 81 Interchange (Exit 152) to ND Highway 17 at Grafton then east on ND 17 back to I-29.

- Southbound I-29 traffic will be detoured west on ND Highway 17 at the Grafton/ND 17 Interchange (Exit 176) then south on US Highway 81 at Grafton to Interstate-29 at Manvel.
- Interstate 94 Business Loop in Valley City, Rainbow Arch Bridge over the Sheyenne River is closed due to flooding.
- ND Highway 27, just east of ND Highway 32 in Lisbon is closed to construct an earth levee for flood protection. Motorists should use an alternate route.
- ND Highway 5, from Joliette east to the Red River is closed due to water over the roadway.
- ND Highway 14, from the junction of US Highway 2 south two miles near Towner is closed due to water over the road. Local traffic only is allowed from the junction of US Highway 52 north to the closure point.
- ND Highway 54, from I-29 to the Red River, north of Grand Forks is closed due to water over the roadway.
- ND Highway 200, two miles east of Hurdsfield is closed due to water over the roadway. Only local traffic is allowed between Hurdsfield and the Junction of US Highway 52. Travelers are advised to detour on US Hwy 52 and ND Hwy 3 to Harvey.
- US Highway 2 Business Loop, Sorlie Bridge over the Red River in Grand Forks is closed due to flooding.

- ND Highway 11, five miles west of Ludden is closed due to water over the roadway. Local traffic only is allowed between Ellendale and the junction of ND Highway 1, west of Ludden. Detour is in place.
- ND Highway 17 is closed from I-29 to the Red River due to Minnesota Highway 317 being closed. Local traffic only is allowed.
- Mapleton truck parking area on westbound I-94 is closed due to flooding.
The following highways are affected by flood waters, but remain open with traffic speeds reduced:
- ND Highway 20, just north of the junction of ND Highway 66, near Munich, has water on the roadway.
- ND Highway 46, one mile west of Kindred has water near the edge of the shoulder and rising. Traffic speeds are normal.
- ND Highway 3, four miles north of Harvey has water on the roadway. Motorists must stop and take turns.
- ND Highway 15, eighteen miles east of New Rockford has water on the roadway.

- ND Highway 66, east and west of both Egeland and Calio has water on the roadway in several locations.
- Interstate 29, both northbound and southbound roadways north of Harwood to Argusville have water near the edge of the shoulder.
- US Highway 83, three miles north of Minot has water on the southbound roadway and is reduced to a single lane of traffic.
- ND Highway 11, five miles southeast of Forman has water on the roadway. Motorists must stop and take turns.
- ND Highway 3, two miles south of the ND Highway 200 Junction, west of Hurdsfield, has water on the roadway.
- ND Highway 3, one mile south of the ND Highway 200 Junction, west of Hurdsfield, has water near the edge of the shoulder.
- ND Highway 200, two miles west of Goodrich has water near the edge of the shoulder.
- ND Highway 13, five miles east of Lehr has water on the roadway. Motorists must stop and take turns.

- ND Highway 3, three miles north of junction ND Highway 36, near Tuttle, has water on the roadway.

- US Highway 83, five miles south of Max has water near the edge of the northbound shoulder.
- ND Highway 32, seven miles north of Lisbon has water near the edge of the shoulder.
- ND Highway 37, seven miles south of Parshall has water near the edge of the shoulder.
- US Highway 2, one mile west of Penn has water on the shoulder of the eastbound roadway. Traffic speeds are normal.
- ND Highway 3, two miles west of Ashley has water on the roadway. Motorists must stop and take turns.

- ND Highway 13, four miles west of Verona has water on the roadway. Motorists must stop and take turns.
- ND Highway 30, seven miles north of Lehr has water on the roadway. Motorists must stop and take turns.
- ND Highway 32, three miles north of Forman has water near the edge of the shoulder. Traffic speeds are normal.
