FLOOD UPDATE: Moorhead launches Web site for flood information, contacts

MOORHEAD - The city of Moorhead has established a special Web site to provide residents with information they can use to fight the upcoming flood.

The site identifies the city's eight flood-fighting zones and the neighborhood and city contacts for each zone.
