MOORHEAD - Volunteers are urgently needed today and into the evening at
MSU-Moorhead Nemzek Hall to complete the final push of sandbagging homes in
Moorhead.
Although substantial progress has been made, there is still work to be done, according to a news release.
Volunteers are asked to report to the volunteer center at Minnesota State University Moorhead, 17th Street and Sixth Avenue, to be dispatched to construct sandbag dikes.
