WILLISTON, N.D. - A man who worked for this city's parks and recreation department is accused of stealing more than $10,000 from the department.
Terry Booth, 42, was arrested Wednesday, Detective Mark Hanson said.
Booth was charged with theft of property, a Class B felony. The Class B felony is punishable in North Dakota by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Police said the crime occurred between January and September of 2005.
