Man sentenced for sex assault
BISMARCK -- A Fort Yates man was sentenced in U.S. District Court in North Dakota on Monday to 70 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman who was incapable of declining participation in the act.
Austin Agard, 28, committed the sexual assault on Dec. 16, 2013, according to the federal indictment.
