FARGO - Fargo and West Fargo police departments, with assistance from Fargo Cass Public Health, conducted tobacco compliance checks Monday.
In Fargo, two of 41 businesses checked failed: West Acres All Stop, 3441 13th Ave. S., and Stop-n-Go No. 436, 204 42nd St. S. This was the second failure in a 12-month period for West Acres All Stop.
Two of 12 businesses checked in West Fargo also failed: Sooper Stop, 620 Sheyenne St., and Eagle Run Crossing, 3210 Sheyenne St.
