The seventh fraternity member facing a felony charge in connection with Patrick Kycia's death appeared in court Wednesday.
Jesse Alan Bridley, 20, 1605 20th St. S., Moorhead, is charged in Clay County District Court with selling liquor to a minor resulting in death.
Bridley, along with six other Phi Sigma Kappa members, are accused of furnishing alcohol to Kycia at a party Sept. 22 at the fraternity house. Kycia, who had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.17 percent, was found dead in the Red River four days later.
Bridley also faces two gross misdemeanor charges of selling alcohol without a license and providing alcohol to minors.
Police arrested Bridley on Sunday in Pine County, Minn.

He was released from jail Thursday on the condition he abstains from using or possessing alcohol.
Bridley's next court appearance is Oct. 25.
