The band "Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome" takes the stage at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Davy Memorial Park in Moorhead for another RiverArts event.
The band is a 12-piece, classic rock and horn band with bass, drums, guitar and vocals.
The event begins at 5 p.m. with free horse-drawn carriage rides and children's activities.
Food, craft, jewelry and photography vendors also will be on site. The event concludes at 8:30 p.m.
Television personalities from KXJB TV will be available at 6:30 p.m. during the KX4 Community Connect.
