Attorney Joel Fremstad has rejoined Nilles Law Firm's Fargo office.
Fremstad previously served as legislative counsel to Rep. Earl Pomeroy in Washington, D.C. He worked from 1998 to 2003 for the firm as a lawyer.
He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
