FARGO - Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 51-year-old Fargo man who is wanted on a felony charge of aggravated assault.
Joseph Donahue Kelly Sr. is being sought in relation to an incident that took place Feb. 28 in Cass County.
Court documents show a warrant for his arrest was issued March 27.
A search of North Dakota court records found Kelly has a lengthy criminal history involving more than two dozen charges, including several convictions.
The crimes were predominantly misdemeanor charges and included carrying a concealed weapon, simple assault and drug possession.
