Federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a Fargo man who has a lengthy history of criminal charges in Cass and Grand Forks counties.

Robert Kenneth Holcomb is wanted on at least four active warrants in Cass County - including charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and marijuana, driving with a suspended license and failing to appear in court.

The various warrants were issued from mid-June to as recently as last week, as new charges were brought against Holcomb and he didn't appear in court to answer to them.

Grand Forks County authorities are also looking for Holcomb because he failed to finish electronic home monitoring as required by the court.

Members of the High Plains Fugitive Task Force have cleared 55 percent of the warrants against suspected offenders featured in The Forum's "Fugitive Focus" since the weekly profile began in March.
