Fugitive Focus: Serafin Milera

FARGO - Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend Serafin Milera, who is wanted for violating parole. Milera was originally charged with escape. The arrest warrant was issued by the North Dakota Department of Corrections.

FARGO - Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend Serafin Milera, who is wanted for violating parole. Milera was originally charged with escape. The arrest warrant was issued by the North Dakota Department of Corrections.

According to a report by WDAZ, Milera escaped on foot in April 2010 during transport between the Walsh County Courthouse and the jail. He had just been sentenced to the state penitentiary for violating the terms of his probation after a 2007 terrorizing charge. He was picked up three days later as he got off a bus in Billings, Mont.
