Local and federal authorities seek to apprehend a 28-year-old Fargo man who is wanted on a charge of aggravated assault.
A warrant was issued June 13 in Cass County District Court for the arrest of Shane Andre Hardisty.
Felony aggravated assault is a Class C felony.
According to Cass County court records, a bench warrant was also issued in May after Hardisty pleaded guilty to driving under suspension in March, but failed to show up for a court hearing.
