Taylen Joseph Twohorses of Fargo is wanted on three outstanding warrants in Cass County.
In February 2010, Twohorses was arrested on suspicion of stealing a car he'd been a passenger in when police stopped the vehicle for a drunken-driving arrest 90 minutes prior.
Fargo police said that when the dad came to pick up his juvenile son, who had been arrested for the DUI, the car had been moved from the location of the traffic stop.

A short while later, police found Twohorses in the vehicle elsewhere in Fargo.
He resisted when police attempted to arrest him on suspicion of auto theft.
Police reports said Twohorses spit at the juvenile's father and police and kicked an officer in the hand as he tried to restrain him after Twohorses tried to kick out a window in a squad car.
Twohorses was charged with three felonies - theft, simple assault and contact by bodily fluids - and two misdemeanors - possessing drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
According to court records, Twohorses was also charged on Nov. 15 with two more felonies: burglary and forgery.
The circumstances of those charges are unknown, but a warrant for Twohorses' arrest was issued the following day.
