Gate City Bank has donated more than $52,500 to several North Dakota organizations.
Local donations were given to the following organizations: MeritCare Foundation's Children's Hospital Renovation Project; North Dakota State University Development Foundation Cornerstone; Fargo-Moorhead YMCA's 17th annual Paul Howry Golf Tournament; NDSU 2006 Harvest Bowl festivities and football game; The Children's Museum at Yunker Farm's "Friend of Family Award" honoring Fargo Mayor Bruce Furness; NDSU Research & Technology Park Technology Incubator Building; and the Trollwood Performing Arts' new facility campaign.
Additional donations were given to: Christian Record Services Inc. to help provide free services to people with visual disabilities; Special Olympics of North Dakota's annual benefit golf tournament; and the Alzheimer's Association's 2006 Memory Walk.
