GLENCOE, Minn. - A one-vehicle accident on Highway 212 early Sunday morning left a young man in critical condition.
Nathan M. Shuette, 22, was driving westbound when his vehicle went into the median and overcorrected, then crossed back over the eastbound lane, coming to rest in the south ditch.
Shuette was brought to the nearest hospital, Glencoe Regional Health Services, and later transported to another location. No further information was available at the time of this report, either on his current location or the specific nature of his injuries.
The accident happened at 1:24 a.m., and the report showed that Shuette was not wearing a seat belt, nor was alcohol detected.
Glencoe, located in McLeod County, is approximately 230 miles southeast of Fargo-Moorhead, and just over an hour south of St. Cloud.
