Go Red for Women has launched Go Red BetterU, an exercise program that focuses on skills and information to help today's busy women.
Fewer than half of American women maintain a healthy weight, keep a heart-healthy diet and get regular physical activity, and one in three women has some form of cardiovascular disease.
The online program includes a coaching tool to keep participants on track with daily reminders and tips, interactive videos and links to journals and goals.
The program is downloadable to computer desktops, blogs and iGoogle personalized home pages for easy access.
