Breanna Berg has been promoted at Goldmark and Rich Breid has rejoined the regional property management company in Fargo.
Berg is a property manager and will relocate to Fargo. She has worked for the company since 2004 as a leasing specialist and has been working for the company's Sierra Ridge office in Bismarck. She will assist at various locations in Fargo until being assigned a community office following training.
Breid, Fargo, rejoins the company as a projects maintenance technician. He was the maintenance manager in Fargo for nearly four years. He has a Minnesota boiler's license.
