Hebl, Cooperstown, N.D., joins the bank as vice president/loan officer. He has more than a year of banking experience and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Kaldor, Hillsboro, is assistant vice president and seasonal loan officer. He has two years of banking experience and graduated from North Dakota State University.
