Faye Gramlow, comptroller for Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore, has been elected to the board of directors of First Realty Inc. and will serve as corporate treasurer.
Gramlow, Fargo, has been with Coldwell Bank since 1983. First Realty Inc. is the parent company of Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore, which has offices in Fargo, Moorhead, Detroit Lakes, Minn., and Grand Forks, N.D.
