FARGO -- The North Dakota National Guard will end its dike patrols in Fargo today, Guard spokeswoman Sgt. Amy Wieser Willson said.
The Red River is expected to continue its decline at least through the next week, according to the National Weather Service.
The Red crested at 36.99 on Sunday morning and is expected to fall to 31.5 feet by March 30.
The last river level reading showed the Red at 35.72 feet at 4:15 this afternoon.
