David Hallman, a foster care licensing specialist with Clay County Social Services, Moorhead, was re-elected to a second one-year term as chairman of the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
The board is the state agency responsible for promoting and protecting the public health, safety and welfare of Minnesota residents through the licensure and regulation of those who practice social work in Minnesota.
