Thomas Hanson, program secretary of the St. Paul/ Minneapolis Committee on Foreign Relations, will speak at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead.
Hanson will present an analysis of U.S. foreign policy before and after 9/11 in order to motivate participants to become more informed and actively involved.
Hanson is a retired U.S. foreign service officer and was stationed in Europe and the former Soviet republics.
His presentation is free and open to the public.
