CHICAGO - A circuit judge on Friday granted a request for a jury trial from the daughters of Minnesota Attorney General Mike Hatch, who face charges from their arrest outside a Chicago nightclub in March.
Anne Hatch, 21, and her sister Elizabeth Bell Hatch, 22, each face misdemeanor charges of battery, resisting arrest and criminal damage to a vehicle stemming from an altercation with Chicago police on March 27.
During the sisters' court appearance Friday, Cook County Circuit Judge Marvin Luckman scheduled their trial for June 25 in Chicago, according to Cook County state's attorney spokesman Tom Stanton.
