Change That Works' North Dakota chapter is sponsoring a rally Thursday in downtown Fargo to celebrate the recent enactment of health care reform legislation.
As part of the event, the left-leaning organization will thank the state's congressional delegation for supporting the legislation.
The Fargo rally is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at the Island Park gazebo.
Similar rallies also are planned for today in Bismarck and Thursday in Grand Forks.
