FARGO — As the temperatures continue to climb, so do the number of calls technicians are receiving for air conditioning units that aren't working.

According to Rick Williams, an HVAC technician at Robert Gibb and Sons in Fargo, the problems with these units are usually something that can be fixed with routine maintenance.

Something as small as checking and changing your filter regularly can help your system efficiently cool your home and prevent excess wear and tear on the unit itself.
