Helen Irene Cooke
Helen Irene Cooke, 77, Fargo died the 20th day of June in Merit Care Hospital, Fargo.
Helen was born September 8, 1925 in Breckenridge, MN. She graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1944. On February 6, 1953 she married James H. Cooke. They lived in Fargo where they owned and operated the Broadway and C&K Pharmacies.
She is survived by two sons, James (Melinda) of Chandler, AZ and Paul (Jeannette) of Gilbert, AZ, one brother, Robert Schreiber (Eldora) of Fergus Falls, MN, and three sisters, Harriet Oelslager of Roseau, MN, Jeri Mortensen of Escondido, CA and Charlotte Smith of Chandler, AZ. She is also survived by three grand-children, Danielle, Christopher and Alyssa, two step-grandchildren, Nick and John, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband James, brother Lowell Schreiber and sister Hazel Wright.
Helen was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, and a wonderful friend to many - she will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation: Sunday, 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Hanson Runsvold Funeral Home
Funeral: Monday, 10:30 at Gethsemane Cathedral Episcopal Church, Fargo.
Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Fargo
