Scott Hennen is returning to The Flag.
About five weeks after he parted ways with the Fargo radio station he helped get off the ground, the conservative talk-show host is returning to AM 1100.
Hennen said he'll be back on the air next week and is shooting for a Wednesday return.
His show will air in the 2 to 5 p.m. time slot now occupied by Sean Hannity's syndicated show, which will be moved to another time.
Breck Von Bank, general sales manager for The Flag, said moving Hannity's show to a different time slot might take some time and that Hennen could be back next week or the following week.

"I missed being on the air," Hennen said. "I decided early on that I had to be back on the radio. It's too important to me. It's such a fiber of my being."
Hennen referred to his September departure from the station as the result of an "impasse with investors" and a "difference of opinion on the direction for management."
He described the new arrangement as a syndicated show he is paid to produce and hopes to air on other Midwest radio stations.
Hennen is looking to build studio and offices for his company, Freedom Force Communications, a marketing and public relations firm.
Earlier this week, the Flag's morning show DJ Bruce Kelly hinted on air that Hennen would be returning to the station.
Von Bank said Chris Berg has taken over the 8 to 11 a.m. time slot formerly held by Hennen.
