FARGO - A high-risk sex offender living in Fargo has been arrested for probation violations.
Police said today that Jordan Charles Earring has been sent to the North Dakota State Penitentiary in Bismarck.
Earring, 23, had been living at 1423 6th Ave. S.
In 2006, he was convicted in North Dakota's Morton County for gross sexual imposition, a felony. He had sexual contact with a 15-year-old acquaintance.
Earring is required to register as a sex offender for life.
