A high-risk sex offender has moved to a new home address, according to Fargo police.
Shaine Douglas Selzler, who is required to register for the remainder of his life, now lives at 1811 56th Ave. S.
In 2004, Selzler was convicted in North Dakota's Morton County for solicitation of a minor.
The victim in the case was 13 at the time. Selzler has a prior conviction in Ward County for indecent exposure.
