LISBON, N.D. - The North Dakota Department of Transportation, in coordination with the North Dakota Highway Patrol and local flood planning officials, closed North Dakota Highway 27 directly east of the junction of North Dakota Highway 32 in Lisbon on Thursday.
The roadway was closed for earthen levee construction in preparation of possible flooding in the area. The roadway will be closed until further notice, and motorists should use an alternate route.
