The woman killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday near Langdon, N.D., has been identified.
Dorothy Robert, 76, of Langdon was killed in the crash 14 miles west of Langdon, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said.
Steve Ratzlaff, 45, of Wales was ticketed for failure to yield to Robert, who was driving westbound on state Highway 5 in a 1997 Dodge minivan when she struck Ratzlaff's vehicle as it was crossing the road.
She was pronounced dead at a Langdon hospital.
